These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orayol platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Orayol Ltd ("Orayol", "we", "us"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Orayol provides a platform for encrypted health consultations with verified professionals, AI-assisted quality review of anonymised session content, and immutable digital verification of consultation records. The Service is intended for non-emergency health guidance only. Orayol does not provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or emergency care of any kind.
The Service must not be used in medical emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or requires urgent medical attention, contact your local emergency services (e.g. 999 in the UK) immediately. Orayol accepts no liability for harm arising from use of the platform in emergency situations.
Nothing on the Orayol platform constitutes a medical diagnosis, clinical decision, or medical advice. The platform facilitates communication between users and qualified health professionals; however, any information exchanged is for guidance purposes only. Users should always consult a registered medical practitioner before making clinical decisions.
The AI quality score assigned to each session is an automated assessment of communication quality and clarity. It does not constitute a clinical judgement, endorsement of medical advice given, or guarantee of outcome. The quality score is produced on anonymised data and is intended solely to help maintain platform standards.
You agree to: provide accurate registration information; use the Service only for lawful purposes; not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the platform; keep your login credentials confidential; and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
Orayol records a cryptographic hash and quality score for each completed session on an immutable ledger. This provides tamper-proof verification that a session took place and was quality-reviewed. The immutable record does not guarantee the accuracy of health guidance given, nor does it constitute a health guarantee of any kind.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely by our payment partners. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and no refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law. Orayol reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Any information about digital assets, tokens, or value generation associated with the Orayol ecosystem is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Participation in any digital asset layer of the platform is entirely voluntary and subject to separate terms. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Orayol platform are owned by Orayol Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orayol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Orayol may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
